Primary Energy Recycling Announces Board Resignation

OAK BROOK, IL, Jan. 11, 2013 /CNW/ - Primary Energy Recycling Corporation (TSX: PRI) today announced that Douglas Graham has resigned from the Company's Board of Directors for personal reasons. The resignation is effective immediately.

"We wish to thank Doug for his contributions since he joined the Company's Board of Directors more than two-and-a-half years ago," said A. Michel Lavigne, Chair of the Board of Directors of Primary Energy Recycling. "On behalf of the Board, we wish him success in his future endeavors."
